PAYMENT TYPES:
To book your week you simply have to contact us by mail or phone, so we can check availability and rates togheter with you. After this booking we need a 25% advance non refundable payment to be made within 7 days from the booking. When we receive this payment we will immediatly send you a booking remainder.
At least 3 months before the staying you have to pay another 50% of the rate and we will contact Marriott to have your guest certificate (that allows you to stay in our property).
At least 1 month before you have to pay the remaining 25% and we will send you the guest certificate by e-mail.
Our favorite payment type is bank transfer to our bank account because we can check it directly online.
We also offer paypal (which is more expensive for you and for us).
We don't accept cash/checks payment
Our rates are in euro, if you pay in USD we will apply convertion rate of the day you booked, so you know exactly the money you have to pay.
